CH Williams Talhar Wong & Yeo Sdn Bhd was established in September 1975 through the merger of Yeo Associates and CH Williams, Talhar & Wong Sdn Bhd. Yeo Associates started as a sole proprietor in 1974 in Kuching by the former Managing Director, Mr. Henry HS Yeo. C.H. Williams started off as C.H. Williams & Co. in 1960. Since the merger, the firm has established 3 additional offices namely in Sibu (1979), Miri (1979) and Bintulu (1990).

CH Williams Talhar Wong & Yeo Sdn Bhd is the Sarawak counterpart of WTW International Network. Within the WTW network, there are 13 offices in Peninsular Malaysia with Headquarter in Kuala Lumpur, 5 offices in Sabah and an associated office in Brunei.
